what i would suggest is turning off all the logics and allowing users to opt in IF they want to.
the DB should be created from tags, and or filename/paths. SC should not, imo, by default (and/or force) then manipulate that info to mean this or that based on assumptions that may NOT be conducive to a given users way of tagging. i would prefer to manipulate tags in my files to get SC to show what i want, rather than first figure out what the hell SC is doing, and then how to undo it, and do so without other negative effects. if someone wants the logics, more power to them, but why not allow others to at least be able to turn it off if its not good for them? -- MrSinatra www.LION-Radio.org Using: Squeezebox2 (primary) / SBR (secondary) / SBC - w/SC 7.3b - Win XP Pro SP3 - 3.2ghz / 2gig ram - D-Link DIR-655 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MrSinatra's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2336 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=56078 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
