So I tried something to resolve the issue. I removed all of the formatting lines that are used if your music does not have tag info. Did a scan and it now has an empty db. So it is not seeing my vorbis comments, this seems like a big bug to me. I am going to disable MusicIP and try again, maybe MusicIP is causing issues.
