Third is Amazon and Google Image search. I often find that the user submitted photos are of higher resolution and better quality than the default Amazon images. Other good choices: www.mega-search.net www.walmart.com www.buy.com www.discogs.com I also find this program to be very useful in the process: http://www.freewarefiles.com/Album-Cover-Art-Downloader_program_43087.html It will do a search of certain sources that you can specify and then you can drag and drop a search result onto the album list to add the cover art. It can be setup to add the art as a generic file to the folder (i.e. folder.jpg) or emebed it into the tag. You can also drag and drop art from external applications, such as a web page, into the program to automatically have it add the art. Finally, it has an automatic mode where it will search for and add cover art without your involvement.
