I get all of mine manually as well. Normally I do this as I'm ripping the CD, never had to go back and find hundreds of covers. Much of it is from Amazon, the rest of it through google image searches. I pick and choose the best image available, as they vary in quality considerably. Nice thing about Amazon is that you have both the store's image and images uploaded by customers.
