is safe to say that your exact disc is not in the database (the same
discs are re-manufactured in batches, each manufacturing has a
different pressing offset).

AccurateRip can hold any number of pressings, side by side. The 200 is
only a clamping of the confidence (not submissions), and only in the
final database, the back end tracks individual submissions.
