I followed the steps laid out by mrthreeplates and: 1 - Created hdcdwrapper.pl and put it in my root folder 2 - Edited convert.conf and put in the 3 lines for transcoding flacs 3 - put hdcd.exe in c:\hdcd-convert\hdcd\ 4 - Restarted slimserver
My first selected HDCD-encoded flac plays but how do I know it is working (decoding the HDCD)? I am also not 100% sure I have perl support on my machine.
