Thanks for the replies.

Thanks. I did not know that. I will try to figure out what pattern will
work.

Yes, J. River Media Center seems to be a powerful tool and just what I
wanted. That was a good suggestion. One big issue is that the software
does not read multiple ARTIST and COMPOSER tags (Vorbis comments) in
flac files - It only reads the first tag. I cannot manage the music
library as I want with a tool that can display only part of the
essential information. I have asked in the J. River forum for a
workaround, but I have so far not received any suggestions that work
(http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=52920.0). I might buy
the software anyway after the trial period for its abilities to sort and
handle tagging on mp3 files.

The most difficult thing seems to be to find a music managing software
that can handle multiple tags (Vorbis comments) in flac files. Foobar
seems at least able to read such data so maybe I will have to try to
learn how to configure Foobar. Does anyone know of any other software
that can handle multiple tags? A workaround would be a software that can
import the SC database, because SC reads the tags the way I want (I
already know of muso and Moose).
