Hello Vagskal, I configured my foobar skin myself, with preference on tagging, so I could not help at this point.
I don't understand your problem with ReplayGain. I use it with "Album by Tags" and it applies two values: Individual Track Gain and Album Gain. That works perfect for me. To you need something other?
