Another recommendation for foobar. It's the best I've used, and although it doesn't initially appear to be user-friendly it's actually pretty straightforward. Certinaly a hell of a lot easier to use than iTunes.
I've not used Mediamonkey for a while as it used to be *really* slow to update Vorbis tags, especially over a network.
