Thanks for the suggestion. I had a look at MediaMonkey some time ago.
As far as I can remember it only wrote APE tags (maybe this has changed)
and I found the tree like UI (similar to Windows explorer) to be not
optimal for a large collection (but this is of course a matter of
taste). I seem to remember that MediaMonkey did import multiple tags for
my flac files so I will check the software out once more.
