Cuesheets are necessary to recreate an exact redbook copy of the
original CD layout should you wish to burn another copy.  Don't see any
need for this these days, especially seeing as we're all presumably
using our Squeezeboxen to do the listening and CDs are therefore for all
intents and purposes only relevant to the ripping process.

also, I can't imagine single flac files with embedded cuesheets lending
themselves to playlist generation, but I may be mistaken.
