I have been playing around SBS and Squeezeplay software for about a wk now prior to purchasing a Touch at the suggestion of several of the members here. It has been a very intersting and learning exerience. I look forward to getting more involved in the whole process of organizing all my music. I thank all of you for your most gracious suggestions to prior posts. I have been using EasyTag at the suggestion of my brother and have not gotten down the Loading Filenames from TXT, or the loading of pictures for artwork - any thoughts on how to best use these parts of the software ?. I have looked for a good wiki on the software but have not found one, any suggestions ? This evening while scrolling through Squeezeplay I found that there are many albums including a great number of live shows/non-commercial releases downloaded from the internet that appear to not need tagging to show up as one would normally want them to. This makes me believe that I should 1st rescan the library after adding new mtl to see if the tagging process is necessary for new mtl. Am I missing something ? Hopefully not as I can see this saving an incredible amount of time w a large collection of CD's to rip yet. I am still in the beginning stage of all this but am pretty happy w how things have worked so far!
