In general, if you can't hear any "clicks" or "scratching noises" you should be fine. The odd erroneous sample here and there won't impair your enjoyment. You simply will never hear them. You won't get a subtle/consistent effect like fluff on a stylus or a misaligned/dirty tape head. One of the things I like about EAC is that it logs the positions in the tracks where it had an issue so you can check for yourself.
