It should run on Windows if all the requisite libraries on which it relies are installed. Truth be told, I've not tried it because I rarely have occasion to load Windows. One of these days I'll get around to it. If mp3tag's working for you that's great, the only advantage puddletag will offer in your situations is completely automated, unattended tagging of your entire library using tag sources. Using tag sources under mp3tag is a manual process requiring you to process a single album at a time.
