I am trying to setup a new computer w Windows 7. I had installed both FLAC and EAC, the later "following" the instns in the EAC Foobar wiki. I could not get FLAC to encode wave to FLAC nor get EAC to rip to FLAC. I belive the problem might be at least w FLAC setup. When I put a wave file in FLAC and click encode the GUI flashes on the screen for just a split second. Nothing happens and there is no error message. I was able to decode from FLAC to WAV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
