You need to think of tags separately from filenames. If you have an album with 15 tracks and fill the TRACK tag with 01,02,03,...,16 then that is how the tracks will be numbered in the SBS database, and the order in which they will be played, regardless of what you name the files.
BUT, if you use Browse Music Folder to navigate your library, the "natural" order becomes the alphabetical order of filenames. In that case it is wise to have something like "Track-Title.flac", eg, 05-16 Shells From a Thirty-Ought Six.flac. Whether or not you use dashes or spaces is purely personal preference. But I wouldn't slam them right up against each other simply because it looks ugly.
