Thank you all for your advice. Have been using EasyTag for the bulk of tagging and Mp3Tag for Artwork. I believe I will start to migrate to just Mp3Tag and see what happens. I can do a few Cds and check them out in Squeezeplay before making a permanent change. The auto database option in EasyTag has not been working for me for about a month anyway. I did one disc w Mp3Tag freedb today w no issue.
