Yeah, that arm of dBpoweramp can be useful, but for mass tagging operations mp3tag is the best. But mp3tag's power can be dangerous if you're not careful. Just remember the four golden rules of mass tagging:
1) have a current backup 2) test the operation on a subset of your library to make sure it's doing what you want 3) be on the lookout for exceptions to the rule.
