Just to be clear on this, the Carlos Santana track is not and should never be treated as a VA track in any context - it is a Carlos Santana track with a guest artist on it.
However, to achieve this it is necessary to set the COMPILATION=0 tag to ensure that the presence of multiple artists tags does NOT trigger SBS's automatic VA handling... which is normally a very good feature for true compilations, but NOT in this case (or in my Mark Knopfler/Emmylou Harris or Robert Plant/Alison Krauss cases) -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
