Hi all! I have a question regarding the sort order of compilation albums. In compilation albums I tag two "Year" fields.
First one is "Year" which I use as release date for the whole compilation. I use the "TDRC" tag field for that. Second one is "Original Release Year" which is represented by the "TDOR" tag field. I use that one for the release dates of each single track. Additionally I set the "Compilation" tag to "1" to stat that it is a compilation. So here comes my question: Why does Squeezebox Server sort all compilation albums by "TDOR" / "Original Release Year" tag of the Album's first track?! I think it would make much more sense if "TDRC" / "Year" was used for the correct sort order, because that's the correct release year of the whole album. What do you think? Shouldn't this be changed in SbS?
