I'm in need of a bit of help.

I buy all my CDs, rip them as FLAC files, and have a squeezebox (3?)
and a touch for my two systems. Once a CD is ripped, I toss it into a
cabinet and usually don't listen to it (or if I do it's only in the car
where I'm not paying much attention to the music). Just last night, I
heard some distortion on a song so I tossed in the CD to see if it was
my rip or on the original.

As soon as the CD starts playing I know something isn't right. The
channels are reversed (or so I think). I head up to the computer, pop
the CD and it's the same. That means my rip is incorrect. I toss in
another CD, and it's the same. So it seems that everything I've ripped
since January 2008 when I replaced an old computer likely has the
channels swapped. There's an option in EAC to swap channels when
ripping. I selected it and it still ripped incorrectly. Fortunately I
recently added a new optical drive, so I will be using it going
forward.

Now I'm trying to find the easiest solution to fix all the old files.
Obviously I could start re-ripping my entire collection (or at least
those that are incorrect), but that would mean many many hours of work.
Is there a better way? Is there something software related I could use
to get the channels swapped to what it should be? Swapping the
interconnects is an option, but it isn't all albums that is incorrect
(I have yet to figure out how many it is). Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
