Ok, thanks Mr. Orange. I have DTS Pro Packer and Encoder so I gave it a try. I can pack and encode fine, but I get and error when running spdifconvert:
Detected stream type: ac3 Unexpected AC3 frame size code 0x2e (sync_code: 0x2e, fscod: 0x0); skipping frame.
