Intel Mac ? is it not something called bootcamp that let you install
more than one OS install win and linux too for the heck of it :) An
then there is virtualization like Parallels (or wmware or virtualbox )

So with any of those you can run real windows programs as they are a
real virtual solution like virtualbox require that you have an OS to
install
