Thanks for the reply - sorry it's taken so long to get back to 
you...running an RSL and doing a full time job leaves very little free time!

I have checked all of the carts and they all have 'sensible' cut start 
and end times - i.e. at the start and end of the file. We haven't had 
any other instance where ads have been skipped, i.e. when presenters add 
the cart to the Main Log, it only occurs when the same cart is scheduled 
in a *saved* log, again played from the main log. And again there's no 
timed events in any of these logs, just a series of carts in 
order...e.g. music, ad break, jingle - the ad break gets skipped.

Are there any error logs that are easily decipherable? As I say, 
fortunately, I haven't had to do any fault diagnosis with Rivendell so far!

Also, any news on a RRAbuntu with Rivendell v2? :-)
