FWIW, I found that once you add an Axia node to a host in RDAdmin, you can
use:

PX X Source Dest!

in Macro syntax, where X is the index of the adaptor in Rdadmin, Source is
the LiveWire Source Number, and destination is the destination output on
the axia node.
