I have clicked on the link below, from work this morning and from home right
now, it works fine. I have also manually typed in www.jackaudio.org, works
fine. I am using Firefox from both locations.

It's broken here. Checked it in both Opera and Firefox. Also did a
google search on "jack audio" and even the google preview stuff was
corrupted.
It also resolves to the same IP as you posted. I haven't been to their
website in ages. I wonder if maybe the folks that aren't seeing the
defacement are looking at cached pages rather than a fresh instance.
