Thanks Wayne, This is a help for me for the windows boxes for sure. Like you I will have to continue to seek info on the linux equivalent as it were. I use the same user ID for both windows and linux boxes so setting up a linux equivalent and then getting samba and linux to play nice together is best solution so the system will immediately recognize the user and which OS is logging in and direct me to the appropriate profile setup.
