Actually I would be more likely to just split the long cart in question in to 
two parts at an appriopriate point as close to 60 miuntes as possible. Then 
schedule the legal ID in between, otherwise you're just going to have a train 
wreck.

  There's probably a much simpler way of this, but I'd just load another log 
with the ID cart scheduled at whatever time you need it in the aux deck. 
Unfortunately I don't know of a way to 'pause' the main log though - that might 
take some working around like passing it through another sound device or Jack 
or something and using a script to mute the pass-through etc... or an external 
audio switcher controlled by RD.

  I'm curious too as to another way of doing this.

through the cart (required by our Radio Specs) to announce the station.
