Hi,
Finally got to the bottom of this issue. For reasons unknown, rdxport,
rdfeed.xml, rdcastmanager.cgi, rdcastmanager.js were all 0 bytes in size
which is obviously not meant to happen.
I copied over the rd-bin directory from a working install and also put
rd-bin.conf into /etc/apache2/conf.d/
Everything seems fine now.
