Hi Lorne "In RDAirplay drag puts an entry for whatever you are dragging to where ever you are dragging it to"
Correct but in the left cart list, it does the drag so you have original plus the dragged one still in the cart list so end up with double carts the same, ........not right. drag in this instance would = move "If you happen drag something already in the log to another spot in the log, then it will put an entry for that in the log in the location you've dragged it to" Correct but it does the drag so you have original plus the dragged one still in the cart list. ........not right again. drag in this instance would = move If you drag an entry from RDLibrary or RDPanel, and drop it in the log in RDAirplay, it will put an entry for that item in the log. Correct this works fine as its a (copy) of track or jingle. drag in this instance would = copy Is the above clearer. Regards Les > Hi Les, >> Bug in RdAirplay >> Drag and Drop in left hand cart list ... copy's cart rather than Move so >> you end up will the original cart + the dragged cart in the playlist. (rdlibary drag is fine). > As I recall, what you have described is the drag / drop functioning as designed (at least this is the way it has always worked for me since its introduction) > In RDAirplay drag puts an entry for whatever you are dragging to where ever you are dragging it to. > If you happen drag something already in the log to another spot in the log, then it will put an entry for that in the log in the location you've dragged it to. > If you drag an entry from RDLibrary or RDPanel, and drop it in the log in RDAirplay, it will put an entry for that item in the log. > It was not designed to be a "move". Move is done with the Move button. If you end up with 2 duplicate entries, that's what the blue recycle bin at the bottom of RDAirplay is for - just drag / drop the blue bin to the entry you want to remove/delete. > Hope this makes sense. > Lorne Tyndale _______________________________________________ Rivendell-dev mailing list [email protected] http://caspian.paravelsystems.com/mailman/listinfo/rivendell-dev
