I am sure it is not correct from when we used this function before as if
you are on the Air and wish to drag the next few tracks about the last
thing you would want is to have double entries as when you are on air
thats a complete nightmare for anyone. By the way orbit , myriad, RCS,
Jazler etc, none of them work this way as that would be a big no no in any
studio.

Cheers

> It is working exactly as it was designed. The left cart list in
RDAirplay is a part of the log, just like any other part of the log. As
a result, if you drag an entry to the log it will put that entry into
the log (and move everything else down 1 spot) exactly as designed. It
does not distinguish where the entry was dragged from. It does not not
matter that you dragged that entry from the left hand side of RDAirplay.
In reality the left hand side of RDAirplay is just the log - whatever is
currently airing plus the next 6 entries.
> Drag and drop in Rivendell was never meant to be a "move" feature. It
was designed to be "insert whatever is being dragged to where ever you
drag it to" feature.
> Please understand that I am not a developer, I am just a user. This
very topic was discussed on this list back when Drag and Drop was first
introduced, and if I recall correctly in the end this was the
> functionality that everyone seemed to like the best.
