CRAP Act? I had not heard of that one.
I have one client who *could* stream several thousand songs without paying
anything to SoundExchange; they are all live recordings made either in the
station's studio or in concert, on which the station holds the copyright.
Of course, they would still have to pay ASCAP and BMI, as they don't own
the songs, only the recordings.
