I have been trying to figure out how to use Jack with 2.17.0 which was originally installed using the appliance CD.
There are so many different web pages out there on how to do this, I don’t know which is the correct one. I believe the current (recommended) method is to: 1) Enable “Start JACK Server” and enter a JACK Command Line in RDAdmin->Manage Hosts->Jack Settings 2) Create a Macro to make all the Jack connections using the “JC” command. Set this cart as Startup Cart. I’ve done this and Jack never starts. Does Jack information still need to be placed in rd.conf? Does Pulseaudio need to be removed? Anything else? Is there current documentation on getting Jack working on the Debian version included with the appliance CD?
