Ok. I think I resolved my own problem. This is an issue of Wrong IP / Wrong Hosts HTTP XPort profile.
I did move the server from my testbed IP to production and forgot to update the IP address of the server host in RDAdmin. As for the clients, I needed to have selected rdserv0 as the access point for the clients to connect to.
