After the 72+ hours mandatory for the vote the release of rivet 2.3.4 as
GA software is approved. I'm going to modify the proposed artifact with
the exclusive purpose of adding a Changelog entry marking the release.
The artifact will be available soon from the ASF distribution system
Rivet 2.3.4 most noticeable changes are
* Fixed buffer allocation size in command ::rivet::escape_sgml_chars
(fixes bug #61353)
* Random number generator is re-seeded for each interpreter thus to
guarantee they will output different sequences
* package formbroker now handles also boolean type of data
* invocation of rivet commands has been fully qualified with the
::rivet namespace
other changes are corrections and improvements concerning the manual
pages. Thank you
