Following the example of Tcl 9 development whose branch was named using
the latin cardinal for 'nine' ('novem') I did the same for an initial
development of Rivet 4 and created the branch 'quattuor'. Development of
Rivet 4 is expected to be long running
The initial commit has already diverged from master in several ways but
I'd like to keep open the possibility to integrate commits from master
or 3.1. I guess this implies that commits have to be pointlike so that
we can cherry pick single deltas. I saw George pushing several small
commits at one time. I guess this is the style we should adopt for
future development.
