do you mean the libraries in src/librivet or the whole set of both
binary and Tcl stuff? The switch --with-rivet-target-dir (admittedly a
bad name) isn't enough?

I am discussing the possibility the location of the library to be
configurable at runtime, not only compilation time.
Configurable with a directive in apache conf.
