A quick google for similar problems isn't revealing too much. However, you may want to try running: wget -T 10 --tries=5 -O /tmp/bdoor.dat http://rkhunter.sourceforge.net/1.3/backdoorports.dat I'm not convinced that it will work. If it fails then we may have to take a look at what the network is doing.
