I have a fixed-sync minitor and graphics card. The card is a Mirage Illusionist with a Savage 4 Chipset and 16 megs memory and the monitor is a Sun/Sony GDM 1962B. Right now I am using a Generic VGA driver set at 640x480 and a Generic Savage 4 driver, but the screen is huge and some of it is off the screen. I have the driver, but it says I have to have XFree86 installed, which I do. However, I found that the Redmond Linux download versiononly comes with XFree86 3.29.0 while I need at least 3.3.6. Now, I found the place to get it (ftp://ftp.xfree86.org/pub/XFree86/4.1.0/binaries/) but what files do I need?
