Now that I'm up and running with RL, I have some questions.
What flavour of Linux is Redmond Linux based from? ie. Debian, Caldera, Redhat etc... I tried to update RL through the update wizard but it couldn't connect to ftp.redmondlinux.com (org? can't remember). Are ther any other options for updating automatically through the wizard? Depending on the answer to the first question, which "package manager" should I be using? Would it be possible to include some true type fonts wiht the install that get installed automatically? I can do it manually, but maybe a menu option under system config would be great. Kind of like Mandrake. Thanks for any help in advance. Mike - -- rl-users list.
