Well, texinfo *does* support some HTML-like constructs that allow complex pages to be built with links and chapters and so forth. I also think that DocBook supports exporting to texinfo, so it's easy to create HTML, texinfo, and probably some other formats from the same source. The interface still sucks, but there's at least some logic behind using the format. -- Sen.
