James, what is the claim at the core of the SCO thing? I thought SCO's complaint was based on snippets of identical source code, not on mere suspicion that somebody once had access to SCO intellectual properly and may have viewed it. Viewing intellectual property is not the same as stealing it, or is it? Reading the Telltale Heart is not the same as plagiarizing Poe. Forgive my deliberate naivet� here.
