So, you are looking for a virus scanner to scan attachments in your Linux email client, or look for trojans you may have downloaded? A quick Google revealed that there are virus scanners for Linux, but I'm at a loss as far as what they would actually do. I haven't heard of any Linux virii, but it is practical that they could exist. As far as I know, the big problem with Linux, or any Unix, are trojans and script kiddies, both of which can be avoided with checksum/hashes, security updates, and Puffy the Blowfish.
