That's refreshing. Charter makes changes like that, and then tries to
charge you 3-5 times the money to unblock things. Grrrr.

There was a thread last year about the way they hosed port 80, but (so
far) they haven't hosed SMTP the same way. Let's hope they don't follow
SBC's lead.
