You could try installing KDE under Cygwin, but it's probably more

For those who use ssh/scp often try using the "fish" protocol:
Open Konqueror -> type "fish://<destination server>"
If you have the proper VFS loaded you should be able to browse the
destination server much like an FTP server. Drag and drop is also
supported. I think this is a really cool feature.
