All legal disclaimers aside, would a ToS clause like this prohibit
running one of these Tor servers? Or is this just a dumb question?
"You agree that you will NOT use the Service to forge headers or
otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any
Content transmitted through the Service..."
This is from an allegedly quite "cooperative," well-known large ISP.
