#4 With "new integration to docutils" I meant adding some new API that
would allow getting the relevant nodes at parsing time, something that you
envisioned would be possible by monkey patching the code. I doubt that
would be worth the effort, and, if it would be done, we would be dependent
on the latest docutils.
