Very good point. The fact that the Clojure server needs to specially handle
/RPC2 makes it more obvious that using it is wrong. Should we check other
servers also and see how many would be affected by this change? If not too
many, we could try getting the affected servers to work both with /RPC2 and
/. Otherwise changing this in a minor release is definitely not an option.
Could obviously also just add a note about this to the User Guide now, and
add an issue about changing the behavior in RF 2.9. That would give remote
server authors and users more time to react, and doing
backwards-incompatible changes in a major release is better in general.
