If we went with code change, someone may want to consult the developers of
the other remote servers or code review for possible compatibility issue.
I should probably check with some testing to confirm, but for the servers
I've implemented (that weren't superseded by a fork), only the Perl server
(default XML-RPC library used with it) explicitly expected "/RPC2". The
other XML-RPC server libraries used for my other servers did not mention
anything regarding paths & /RPC2.
For the .NET server (nrobotremote), we'd want to check with Clayton, its
developer.
