I'm not an expert in this area, but I've been told that the order of the entries in a lang file does not matter. It can even differ in the english.lang (which is the "reference" lang and the "ultimate truth") and a localized one.
But you can just try and see what you get. Even if I'm wrong the computer will not explode! :-)
